அகர அரிச்சுவடி

ஸ்ரீரஸ்து : 

1. அறிவைப்  பெருக்கு . Learn vividly.

ஆசையைச்  சுருக்கு. Diminish your wants.

இருப்பதை பகிர். Share what you have.

ஈனம் தவிர் . Avoid being mean.

உண்மை விளம்பு . Profess Truth.

ஊக்கத்தை விரும்பு. Be assiduous.

எழுத்தை மதி. Respect others writings.

ஏளனத்தை மிதி. Trample sarcasm.

ஐயப் படாதே . Live not in doubt.

ஒழுக்கம் விடாதே. Do not derelict from virtue.

ஓதாமல் இருக்காதே. Vow not to be an illiterate.

ஒளடதம் உடற்கு. The elixir of pure health is

அஃகம் சுருக்கல் . Slim abdomen and dietary maxims.

2. கடவுளை நம்பு. Have faith in God.

காலத்தே கடப்பாடு . Duty and time wait for none.

கிட்டாததை எட்டாதே. Aspire not what is not yours.

கீழண்மைப் பாராதே. Do not look down on others lowly.

குணத்துக்கு வணங்கு. Salute the virtuous.

கூசம் பேசாதே . Use not filthy language.

கெடுப்பான் நினையாதே. Think not to spoil anybody.

கேள்விக்கு எதிராதே. Brave the query.

கைம்மை முனையாதே. Avoid being wretched.

கொள்கையை ஓம்பு. Be steadfast in your doctrine.

கோபம் தீம்பு. Anger is evil.

கௌவ்வை நீத்து . Rescind cowardliness and  

கக்கம் நிமிர்த்து. Brace up right your shoulder .

3. சத்துக்கள் நாடு. Be in the company of the wise.

சாத்திரம் தேடு.  Seek for the scriptures.

சிறுமை அகற்று. Act not small cause smallness in others.

சீற்றம் மாற்று. Overcome anger.

சுற்றம் வளர். Grow inclusive with others.

சூழ்வினை நினை. Fate is unpalatable, but destiny drives.

செயல்மாட்டு மீப்படு. Excel in your deeds.

சேவகரைப் பழியாதே. Scorn not those who serve you.

சைத்யம் திருத்து. Get to the pinnacle.

சொற்படி நட . Do what you profess.

சோகத் தசும்பாதே. Cry not over grief.

சௌகார்த்தம் கோணாதே , Be good at heart

சக்யம் புணர். to win over friendship.

4. தந்தை சொல்நடத்து. Do as your parents command.

தாய்மொழி நிமிர்த்து. Improvise your Mother tongue.

திட்டம் தீட்டு . Plan your steps and

தீட்டியதீட்டவாம்  முனைப்பு. Plunge into action to

துவக்கம் இனிது. Have an auspicious start.

தூக்கம் பழுது. Sleep is a drag and laziness kills.

தெய்வம் துணை . God will rescue,

தேடி அணை. When in recluse.

தையலார் மையல்படேல். Love blinds. keep it at bay.

தொழ ஒழுகிவாழ் . Live by good conduct. you will be lauded.

தோழமை குன்றேல் . Do not mistrust friendship.

தௌர்பல்யம் காட்டி, Hide your weakness to surmount

தக்கித்து வீழேல் . To get over pitfalls.

5. நல்லதே நினை. Think good and goodness will follow.

நாணும் செயல் முயலேல் . Refrain from acts of bashfulness.

நியாயத்தே  ஒழுகு . Tread the path of justice.

நீடுபுகழ் ஈட்டு. Live a life of lasting glory.

நுணங்கு கேள்விநாடு. Go in pursuit of sublime knowledge.

நூல்பல கேள். Learn grossly and widely.

நெடியதில்  ஆசைவை . Aspire the lasting and soulful.

நேர்மையால் வெல்லு . Honesty wins and sincerity pays. 

நைந்தவர்க் குதவு. Lend your hand to lift the downtrodden.

நொந்தவர் காயம் போக்கு. Show compassion to those grossly hurt.

நோயது தடிந்து , Solace the Sickness 

நௌகாவில் விழுந்து , romping the vehicle of

நக்கல் பாற்று.  brave smile in difficulty.

6. பயனல நூக்கேல். Purposeless pursuit is wasteful in terms of time, money and energy.

பாசத் தழுந்தேல் . Love and affection is a clasp and let not be trapped .

பிரித்தாளால் செய்யேல். Divide and rule pays but bad dividends.

பீடுகொள வாழமுயல். Live a life of the size of an immortal.

புன்மை ஒழி . Act, but not lowly.

பூமி  சேர்புகழ். Do your mite to the world you owe.

பெற்றதைப் பேணு. Build on what you have.

பேராண்மைப் பூணு. Bravery beckons the courageous.

பைய ஒழுகு . Slow and steady get to the winning post.

பொலன் திருத்தி ஆள். Free the land from pollution and impotence, to feed big.

போயது நோக்கேல் . Burry the past and look for the future.

பௌவம் நயம்பட , For the world to live in peace

பக்கம் வெறுவேல். Shelve hatred with neighbors.

7. மதியார் நுவரேல். Do not scant your eyes on those who disrespect.

மாற்றம் கவரேல் . Make way for what changes for better.

மிகைபட இயம்பேல் . Ignore the exaggerated.

மீட்சியில் நேர்த்திசெய். As you fall, think to recover in good stead.

முயற்சியது கைவிடேல்.  Philip your efforts to endeavor.

மூர்க்கனாய்த் தோற்காதே. Blindfold seldom succeed.

மென்மையாய் இணங்கு . Compromise, but with dignity.

மேன்மக்கள் பழகு. Keep your relationship afloat with deserving.

மைத்ரியம் வளர். Help keep amity .

மொழிஏதும் பழியேல். Love your own language, learn others.

மோகத்தை விடு . Give up amourous overts.

மௌட்டியத்தில் ஆழ்த்தும் , Let not blindfold beliefs

மக்கள் வீழ்த்து. blaspheme the world society.

8. வழியது மறவேல்.  Forget not the past, in the precincts of glory.

வாழ்வியல் துறவேல். Asceticism is no clue for family ills.

வியம்பட வாழு . Lead a lustrous life.

வீழ்வகை ஒழி. Stoop not from Life's high pedestal.

உலகம் உயர்வுறல் , Help save world of its flora and fauna.

ஊறு விளையேல். Let not the human factor make it hard to sustain.

வெட்கம் தவிர் . Overcome shyness and fear.

வேற்றுமை மற . Put behind all differences , of caste, creed or color and We Shall Unite.

வையத்து மாந்தர் , Oh! Fellow-men

ஒவொருவரும் ஓவாமல் , Thou all, sans exclusion, shall tirelessly

ஓம்பும் வகைச்சொன்னவை , corroborate what I spoke herein

வவுத்திரேல் வாழலாம் , Would be exemplified in Thine Life, with pure knowledge

வைகல் காண்டு. As would the Night cease with the Rising Sun.
